My mission is to enable people to be at their best so they can thrive, not just survive. I work 1:1 with professionals and executives on their personal wellbeing, and also deliver corporate wellbeing programmes.

I’m particularly interested in enabling people to optimise their health and to harness their energies and personal strengths more effectively, so they can better manage the increasing pressures of today’s complex and demanding lives,  head off the threat of burnout, and reduce their risk of  chronic illness.

My services for organisations include wellbeing strategy, stress management & resilience training, energy management, nutritional health, and wellbeing coaching.  < More about my services
