1:1 stress management, resilience and wellbeing coaching

I offer 1:1 coaching to enable individuals to:

  • manage pressure more effectively
  • de-stress and re-energise
  • build resilience
  • enhance their personal wellbeing as the foundation for deeper engagement and sustainable, high performance

My approach to coaching is designed to enable the client to:

  • Evaluate the professional, personal and social dimensions of their current experience as an integrated whole, to bring about a more holistic understanding of the demands they face and how these interact and influence their performance at work
  • Identify and harness the personal strengths & resources they have to help them meet and manage these demands
  • Create pragmatic solutions to immediate challenges so they can manage current pressures more effectively and learn practical techniques to help them de-stress and re-energise
  • Explore personal and professional development strategies to build the resilience which underpins sustainable performance in a challenging and pressurised business environment

An individual stress and/or resilience coaching programme would typically include:

  • Assessment of signature strengths and/or resilience profile
  • Identification of key challenges relating to sustaining and developing performance, including identifying any sources of excessive pressure and immediate stress
  • Discussion of tools and techniques to enable the individual to manage their stress response more effectively
  • Exploration of how strengths & personal sources of resilience can be deployed to address challenges
  • Identification of other development needs
  • Formulation of strategies to meet these
  • 6 to 10 coaching meetings, anything from 2 to 6 weeks apart, depending on the stage/progress

Nutritional wellbeing coaching

Individual health and wellbeing are fundamental to sustainable performance.  Personalised nutritional analysis and advice can be offered as an additional service to complement stress management and resilience coaching.  This can help clients to:

  • Enhance energy levels so that they can maintain engagement and productivity when working in the pressure zone
  • Manage their activation states to reduce levels of stress hormones
  • Optimise physiological functioning to support digestive, immune and other aspects of health which can be affected by pressure and stress
